Description du poste

We are looking for our Luxembourg branch, a high level technical expert with the implementation and the support of the SWIFT Alliance range of products and the SWIFTNet Messaging services and security.
Mission:
Installation and set-up of the SWIFT Alliance products range and all SWIFTNet Services.
Maintenance and support of the entire SWIFT technical infrastructure, security and services.

This includes:
SWIFT Alliance Access (R.6.0 or above)
SWIFT Alliance Gateway ((R.6.0 or above)
SWIFTNet Link (R.6.0 or above)
SWIFT Alliance Workstation (R.6.0 or above)
SWIFT Alliance Messenger (R.6.0 or above)
SWIFT Alliance Webstation (R.6.0 or above)
SWIFTNet PKI
SWIFT Messaging (FIN, Fileact, InterAct, Browse)
SWIFT RMA
Management of SWIFTNet Market Infrastructures such as SEPA-ACH?s and/or TARGET2

Swift Certified Alliance Technical Expert - Certification at R.6.0 or above. (mandatory)
Proven expertise in SWIFT Alliance and SWIFTNet products installation, maintenance and support. This expertise has been gained in a customer service oriented function.
The candidate must be able to work on customer site as of day 1.
Customer oriented, with excellent presentation and communication skills at customers? site.
Team oriented and willing to take initiatives
